Pompeii: In the Shadow of the Volcano is a
fascinating show. The accompanying commentary was compelling and to the point.
Lots of incredible artifacts, from the beautiful copper statues and other
incredible artifacts and fresco's preserved by the volcanic ash to the haunting
plaster casts of some of the thousands who lost their lives. Really brings home
the power of nature.
The Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibit
was jam packed with awesome nature photographs, wonderfully capturing the
beauty and diversity of the natural world.
